Before I started consulting, I worked in a holding company with roughly 20 businesses. The founder was great at getting to revenue, but none of them had built systems to scale. Data lived in people's heads. Processes lived in people's habits. When someone left, the process left with them.
I spent years watching the same patterns repeat across industries. Now I help businesses doing $2M to $20M that figured out how to sell but never figured out how to run efficiently.

Ongoing Advisory
Monthly retainer for companies that want me plugged in long-term. Weekly calls, Slack access, and continuous optimization as your business changes and new bottlenecks appear.
AI has made the surface area of what's automatable much bigger than it used to be. Tasks that previously required a human, like reading unstructured documents, making judgment calls on messy data, or writing tailored content, can now be handled by systems. My job is knowing which tasks are worth automating, which tools to use, and how to build something your team will actually rely on.
